5./6th of February ’15 the SF folks in Central and Eastern European countries gathers again for sharing and building SF practice in organisations.
The conference theme ‘Brief and Simple’ referres to the principle of Brief= ‘don’t leave foorprints in clients’ life’, meaning intervening the less possible to achieve sustainable and useful change and Simple= ‘use as few assumptions as possible, the less the better’ (Occham’s razor).
We’ll share
-examples of applications of Solution Focused conversations in organisation from a double perspective: we invite important players to present together a case (like external coach and internal partner or leader and coworker)
-important insights, burning questions, requests for experiences, leaving enough Open Space for participant’s offerings
We’ll stick with the ‘Leaders’ talk‘ format, which was a great success at the 1st SOLworld CEE conference in Visegrád, 2013.
