Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations

There must be good reasons & I am wondering how come some prefer Solutions Focus? Some use Solution Focus, some prefer Solution-focused? If I ask Insoo or Steve, what would they have preferred?

Paul Z Jackson We called it Solutions Focus to distinguish it a bit in our version that went from therapy to management. Later a client once suggested Solutions rather than Solution, 'because there may be many solutions for any problem',

Haesun Moon and I heard conversations about capitalizing the S or not also (which I found quite useful actually!) :-) And... these distinctions became even more amusing and intriguing when I talked to people who speak different languages as they "translate" this in their own language keeping the principles alive...
