Hi Varecia,
very nice idea. :)
I am affraid, I have more questions then suggestions... Could you please tell me little bit more about your "MBA dessertation"? And what exactly do you mean by "some guidance"? E.g. what would you like to achieve having some support? How would it help you to make progress in writting? And, how would you recognize that the way of guidance is useful to you?
If looking for the answers seemed to be somehow useful to you, and you are ready for more strange questions, please, contact me at kamila.novakova@bmct.cz, I'd be pleased to discuss how could I help you.
Best wishes, Kamila
Thanks so much for your response, any assistance will be greatly appreciated. My direct email is varecia@polka.co.za

In short what I need to do is the following:

Four steps to completing the dissertation
Steps
Undertake a review of literature.
Develop research questions or a Hypothesis
Formulate a methodology
Analysis and Discussion

Why
To learn from past researchers and to develop a research model
To understand the nature of the research project and establish variables
To enable data to be gathered in an effort to answer the research questions
To compare the findings from the research with those indicated in the literature.

Abstract
Introduction, leading to statement of overall research question – overview of topic to be investigated within the organization; discussion of personal motivations and goals
Aims, objectives, research question/hypothesis (see note below)
Literature Review – structured critique of existing academic and practitioner approaches to the issue, which clearly leads to a framework for the research
(Note discussion around the hypothesis may feature after the literature review)
Methodology – justification of approach taken in fieldwork; sampling; description of methods used
Data Analysis / Results – discussion of data analysis techniques employed ) strengths / weaknesses); presentation of the results of data analysis
Overall discussion, findings and general conclusions drawn
Reference List and Appendices

I will email this to you directly as well.

You want to learn more about "Solution Focus"?

You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading some
voluminous books?

You would appreciate to have a complete "helicopter view" on SF after the first step…
