What is your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others)?
Gesa Niggemann: I was born in 1966, trained as a journalist and studied social science and consulting. I worked for the last 13 years as a consultant, coach and trainer for Neuland & Partner, Center for Organizational Development, Fulda/ Germany. I just started my own business with the bginning of 2010. I specialize in solution-focused and creative consulting in change and transition management processes in a personal and corporate way. When not working, I love hiking, gardening and singing in the women´s acappella sextet “Die Loreleyas”.
HI Gesa, Thanks for your note. Yes let's keep in touch and share ideas for the future. I have lots of creative activities like the box exercise which I use, although I think it is the best. Not sure what is going to happen in terms of Toronto; we will see! Take care, Suzanne
Hi Gesa!
You want to learn more about "Solution Focus"? You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading somevoluminous books? You would appreciate to have a complete "helicopter view" on SF after the first step…
