What is your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others)?
I'm proud to be the Social Media Officer in the UKASFP during this important period of Solution Focused practice history in the UK.

I'm currently working as a Caseload manager for the NHS in a 'back to work' programme. I'm also involved in the development of SF practice in the UK, for example development of the SF practice map and training.

Outside of my NHS practice I have also been involved in developing an improvisational music and visuals workshop for young people (especially young people who love exciting their senses).

I'm also interested in developing my supervision and trainer's skills.

Solution focused practice wiki project

The idea is to have a minimal… Continue

A quick 1 month poll on UKASFP development news

Hello I'm just running a 1 month quick poll to gauge how people feel that they are able to keep up to date with developments in the UKASFP, please could you cast a vote.

I hope that as part of my National Development Role I will be able to respond to the majority view of whether the current framework of being informed of developments is good enough.

cheers

Carl

Kaizen

I've just been introduced to this Japenese term through reading articles on Neuroplasicity and change, very appropriate I believe.
