You want to learn more about "Solution Focus"?
You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading some voluminous books?
You would appreciate to have a complete "helicopter view" on SF after the first step…

I was away in the mountains (already snowy) to make music and so there was a longer delay but now I reenter the workfield energized by the tunes and songs.
I had a look at the homepage (www.con7bv.nl) and at the ideas behind as far as I could get without the possibility to access the knowledge base. I'd like to learn more about it and to understand the values- and mind-sets that are behind this tool. It will be interesting to take your offer of assessing myself through RDA as a first step.
Can you provide me with some clarity about the overall goals for our cooperation and the estimated time-frame that might be helpful for you? Working in many different fields is a wonderful thing and I like to be a reliable team player therefore the clarity helps me to plan and to organize.
With the goal of having more ease of communicating I would appreciate a direct mail contact: acourec@mac.com (a mail account that I can access on my iPhone...) if that is ok with you.
So, I'm looking forward to the next steps
warmest regards
Armin
How wonderfull when different worlds meet! In a cloudy Holland we're really getting into the season of autumn: orange leafs, strong winds and ... a lot of rain!
We are looking for the best way to get acquainted with the instrument.
The instrument is based on The RDA model a psychological and linguistic structure system that has been developed by a team of psychologists and scientific researchers in collaboration with the universities of Utrecht and Twente. For some time now the RDA model has been extremely suitable for the field of Human Resource Management. The model describes the behaviour of people in terms of roles and interactions.
Within the RDA model several psychological theories are subsumed, under which are the well known Big-Five personality characteristics. The RDA model and the corresponding personality tests have been developed, normalised and validated in a scientifically sound way. Real-life developments are closely monitored, because of which the model continues to meet requirements with regard to being up-to-date.
In a report a client find a description of behaviour and value
The nicest and most immediate way is to do a test online (and to compare your testprofile with the jobprofile of a headteacher, coach, .. or anything you choose that's available). We will send you the written report and in a meeting (that can be 'live' or via "Skype") Once you've gotten acquainted with the instrument we could give you the background information and we can start to look into the possibilities of the instrument within SOL. For every test we have to pay a fee to the ones that made it digital possible. Offcourse we will take these costs for our account, but before arranging things it's important to know if you would like to procceed in this manner?
With kindest regards,
Carla
nice to meet you again here. It seems to be a long time since the SOL conference in Texel (for you as well -> last year ;-)). And YES, I am still interested and still working in this field and therefore I really appreciate opportunities for sharing and cooperation. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
With my warmest greetings from already wintery Switzerland
Armin
We met each other at the Sol-conference at Texel last year. We asked the people of the education group if they were interested to transform a competence development instrument into a SOL-based approach. As 'virgin' in SOL, and convinced of the possible tribute we we're looking for experienced SOLusionists to share knowledge. At the conference you we're willing to be invited for such a thing. If you're still interested we would like to send you background information of the instrument.
Best wishes,
Carla van Doornen
