Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations

I would like to continue our discussion from Cologne. We discussed in small group (and very informal way) the difference between the systemic and SF approaches, the problem vs. solution talk, and many other things.

I attach my improvised proceedings that I have created after this meeting. Does not matter, if you will find it useful, controversial or missleading, our comments are warmly welcomed...

This IMHO are very fundamental topics which are not restricted to this group only. So. I suggest, to discuss this in the SOLUTIONS-L list
In the moment a discussion is runing about this questions in the SOLUTION-L - list. Please check:
and the following postings!
Thank you for posting these links, Hans-Peter.
Of course I will follow that discussion as well, anyway I don't see a problem to have paralel conversations related to this topic... I posted my improvised notes just to share it with people who inspired me to create it (and with others, who might be interested, as well), as I supposed them to join this site. :)

Jumpstart into Solution Focus

You want to learn more about "Solution Focus"?

You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading some
voluminous books?

You would appreciate to have a complete "helicopter view" on SF after the first step…
