Our experienced organising team, (Annie Bordeleau, John Brooker and Eva Rampini) is crafting an enriching atmosphere with a very flexible framework, similar to the appreciated Unconference format.
Good to Know
• Community Support: The World Conference organisers fully support this retreat.
• Unique Opportunity: We understand there are no other events planned immediately after the conference, making this a special addition to your SOLWorld experience.
• Travel Assistance: We want to make the Retreat as environmentally friendly as possible. Public transport could be slow, so we aim to provide cost-effective transportation at cost from the conference venue in Mechelen to the retreat location, either by shared ride, coach or taxi, depending on numbers. You can of course travel independently and offer to travel with others.
• Staying longer: If you wish to stay an extra night, this may be possible. You can express interest after you have confirmed booking.

The retreat is limited to 30 participants to ensure an intimate and impactful experience.
A small number of places are still for sale.
• Cost per person in single room: €415 includes full meals, and refreshments at breaks.
• Cost per person in double room: €330 includes full meals, and refreshments at breaks. Double rooms are available only for two people – not single use.

• Complete your contact information and click the orange “Register button”. Once you have registered complete your company name and address for your invoice, then click the “Complete Order” button. You must do this to complete the order.
• We will provide payment details, and invoice you within 48 hours of completing your order. To confirm your place you must pay within seven days of invoice.
