How flattering! I quote from the Journal: "I can confirm that there is no problem from the Journal's point of view with translation into other languages, nor indeed with publishing it in other journals or on other websites of your choice as long as our Journal is credited as the original publisher. The convention usually adopted is to add the following at the beginning:
'This article was first published in The International Journal
of Mentoring and Coaching, Volume IV Issue 2, September 2006'.
We would be very interested to hear where the article is used in translation "
