Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations
I’ve just spent three days on a tennis court, learning the intricacies of the Inner Game – and beyond – with a group of sports coaches led by former US tennis pro Sean Brawley. I went with two aims.
One was to improve my tennis and the other was to clarify the resonances between Inner Game (IG) and Solutions Focus (SF). Here’s how the best bits of Inner Game make sense to me, in an amalgam with SF.
To make progress in anything probably demands Focus and Practice...

Thanks for the comments Zarine and Kati. I've dipped into IG of Work but not read it all.
Hi Paul, somehow I dropped off the SOL list & somehow miraculously I'm getting posts again :) and your post caught my eye. Very interesting. I have trained with Tim over 2 yrs and what really works well for me is his critical variables concept. I've used it numerous times in coaching situations. As soon as the mind focuses on those variables 'independent' of the outcome something shifts & pulls one with more ease towards the desired outcome! Neat. Yes, lots of resonances with SF. Have you read his IG of Work?

wow, old heroic stories come up from my history
THX, Paul!!

You want to learn more about "Solution Focus"?
You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading some voluminous books?
You would appreciate to have a complete "helicopter view" on SF after the first step…
