- What is your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others)?
- I train and coach for sfwork, "The Centre for Solutions Focus at Work" set up by Mark McKergow and Jenny Clarke. My first love is coaching, and I always find myself alive and energized after a good coaching session. I also love developing new applications of Solutions Focus, such as the MAGIC negotiation model and the iFLOW model of personal effectiveness.
I'm also the Learning and Development manager of windhorse:evolution, a Buddhist-run retailing business which gives all its profits to charity.
I'm an ordained Buddhist (which is where I got my name) and a keen landscape photographer. If you'd like to see my photos, I tend to post them on facebook (and you'll find me easily enough, there aren't too many people called Shakya Kumara!)

I agree - Ivan's comment possible solutions have weaker signals were a real eye opener for me and (you too!) Weren't we going to have a chat on the phone? Should still do this (07906473610) or if you are in London give me a shout and we could meet for a coffee. Would be good to catch up and exchange ideas.
