- I work in the software industry as a senior manager. For the last few years I've been focusing on developing organizations and people, especially junior managers, to perform their tasks better on both the day-to-day and the strategic timescale. I found the SF approach a very efficient tool for this kind of activity, so I'd like to learn more about it and improve my coaching skills using the SF methods. My special interest for the time being is the SF approach to organizational change management.
