Hi!
Working as an HRD professional at Ilfaro Belgium I am very keen on using SF in my work and life and I am happy to be part of this wonderful community. Together with Anton Stellamans I work in profit and non for profit organizations and schools and we like to share our experiences in coaching, training and consulting. At this moment, as a result of the last SOL conference in Cologne, we have lots of new ideas and there are also many exciting assignments coming up. This could be a good place to talk about what works and to learn from other SF practitioners around the world!

Strong Summer Retreat Ripple...

BJörn Johansson caused a very strong ripple during the summer retreat. As we were having dinner, he asked me: why does it seem so simple for people to have conversations about what they want to get, how to make business or how to find health and develop themselves, but rarely have conversations about what they do to contribute to the world or create meaning for… Continue

Hi Elta, it's only taken me two years to upload my photo - let's hope I become a little speedier in my career!  Thank you for the kind comments you left - I have 'joined' properly now.

I just wanted to say thank you to you and Anton [also posted] for some inspiration you have unknowingly given me! - I have adapted your anchors and buoys exercise from the 57 activities book. I was stuck with how to get 2 new university departments to consider areas of collaboration, I read your exercise and realised I could use it slightly differently.
Islands are the key areas of expertise/ operation, Buoys in different colours are where each dept believes it has good experience and expertise and finally anchors are where, knowing what they know abut the future - they see the best areas for collaboration and partnership. These depts are geospatial depts so the marine metaphor is perfect.
Thanks again

Hi, Liselotte,

Thank you very much for your warm message. I can say the same about you. I have heard Anton talking so often about you that I have the impression to know you for years.... It's a pleasure to get in touch with and I am sure we will meet at some point (probably through Anton).
You are also doing great job with Anton (I am alsways impressed when he talks with enthusiasm about what you are doing together. Keep up!
Cheers, Joelle
