You want to learn more about "Solution Focus"?
You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading some voluminous books?
You would appreciate to have a complete "helicopter view" on SF after the first step…

Hello Krassimir! I would be happy to have a Skype chat on AI. In the meantime, here are resources for you to learn more about Appreciative Inquiry (AI):
1. The main AI website with case studies and lots of info: http://appreciativeinquiry.case.edu/
2. My website has a number of articles, as well as a free 3-part series on getting started with Appreciative Living, which is how to apply AI at the interpersonal level at http://www.appreciativeliving.com
3. There are a number of AI books, I happen to be partial to the one I wrote on "Appreciative Living: The principles of AI in Personal Life." Another good one to understand AI from an organization standpoint is "Appreciative Inquiry: Change at the Speed of Imagination" by Watkins and Mohr. If you're looking for a short read, I'd recommend "The Thin Book of AI" by Hammond & Royale.
4. I will be doing a session at SOL on AI with a client case I'm currently working on with Green Mountain Coffee Roasters. I'll also be teaching a 2-day workshop on Appreciative Living in Liverpool UK, right before the SOL conference Sept 2-4 if you can come in early. Here is info on that; http://www.appreciatingpeople.co.uk/?page_id=1177
I will be gone the entire month of July with work travel and vacation, so we'd need to set up a Skype call for sometime in August. Perhaps you could check out the resources above, and in August you can email me and let me know if you'd still like to chat.
Nice to connect with you! Warm wishes - jackie
