- As the head of a 16-member orchestra, and leader/coordinator of several cultural projects I have been managing complex team work for many years. I often meet challenges in motivating members of an organizing team or members of a musical group as well as students in my music classes. I see enormous potential in music coaching for helping groups find the optimal balance in their work between discipline/routine and spontaneity/fun. Music can teach us more about ourselves than we would imagine.

Very good to learn that you contribute with your beautiful music to the balance between discipline/ routine and spontaneity/ fun - as you say. And thus create a strong link between your music and its value in SFcoaching. You will be in good company.
That will create new space in corporate life for creativity and innovation - especially in difficult economic times. Where the tension and pression is high.
Looking forward to see you on our Budapest day on march 3rd and on SOL2012 in the UK.
