Coach, Consultant, Trainer
What is your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others)?
I have a degree in Marine Geophysics and drew near to the world of training within the university. Being a great supporter of the integration between the humanistic and the technical/scientific culture, I have extended my expertise specializing both as a coach and as a trainer (both in class and outdoor).
Coach (Corporate & Executive), Practitioner Insights Discovery and OWLS (Outdoor Wilderness Leadership School) and I have obtained the Pratictioner Master of NLP and NLPBA.
I have a vast experience in the company field, also as training manager and as manager of training projects.
My passion for research and study of innovative ways has led me to carry out roles within important associations; in fact, i'm the President of the Italian Chapter of IAC (International Association of Coaching) and I was Vice-Presidend of AIF – Associazione Italiana Formatori(Consiglio Direttivo Lazio 2005-2011) and National Manager AIF as regards Coaching
