This was fantastic. It really worked great and I still enjoy the moment but also the coaching. I felt so comfortable and I got a lot off confidence to takle my next adventure. I have told the way of releflectionteams in my work and we used to have a compleet different approach but......I got okay by my boss to start doing this...not in the hotwater but in our organisation as a test. We will start in november so now we are getting prepared. It is really a strong tool and riples and bubbles that started here :-))))))

we were focused, supportive, full of ideas ... actually, why don't u ask the client (Nicoline)?:)) you may call it the "boiled" or "bubbled" reflecting team. very experiential
