Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations

This is not about SOL project management an sich. What can be an intresting approach to implement ISO 9001via a solutions focus approach ? How to build up the project in a way that especially those who traditionally "suffer" from ISO procedure (because they have to write down all their knowhow or because they feel they have to switch out their creativity just to stick to the procedure) really benefits from the project (because they learn new ways of dealiing with things and they can invest their creativitity and thinking power into those questions that matter) ? And, not to forget, how to deal with official auditing authorities, who may have a more traditional view on ISO 9001 and may be "surprised" by the maybe not so conformist approach of the SOL ISO 9001 ?
Looking forward for reactions !

Thank you for your initiative, Hedwig!
How would it be to discuss this topic in this already existing group: SF Quality Forum?

IMHO it will be useful to discuss one topic in one place only.

Jumpstart into Solution Focus

You want to learn more about "Solution Focus"?

You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading some
voluminous books?

You would appreciate to have a complete "helicopter view" on SF after the first step…
