Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations
There is a small game I like to use for tasks like this, I learned from Hans Fluri here in Switzerland.
You need 2 subgroups of 3-ca10 people each.
You announce the exercise and you tell them the instruction one and only time, afterwards they have to know and decide
everything together, without you saying anything more. The instruction go like
"You form 2 teams of same size and arrange a field for a game with 3x3 chairs. Then the 2 teams decide which one starts. Both teams dedicate a person '1', '2' and '3'
When the game starts, the 2 teams by turns let their '1', '2' and '3' sit on the chairs with the task, that the own players become seated
in one line: vertical, horizontal or diagonal (in any order of their numbers).
If this doesn't happen by letting them sit down, they have to move the players
in turns: first the '1', then the '2', then the '3' "
A small task they can play 2 times and ask them, what worked
