Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations

Hello everybody, I've remembered a Link, that I have seen, prepairing my Workshop about variations of the 6-Hat-Thinking model in SF. This link leads to a description of one use of the 6-Hat-Thinking in a school discussion. I think, that it would be easy and helpful to use it integrally or in variations for working in a SF manner in some situations in the school. http://www.teachnet.com/how-to/manage/sixhats120800.html
(More about the 6-Hat-Thinking and variations of it in http://www.peter-ziegler.ch/SOL_2009_WS_Six_Hat_Thinking_in_SF.html )

Yes, I am sure, that this 6-Hat-Method works very well in schools (and also for trainings with adults).
And for me it makes a very important difference to "sit on different chairs" or "to stand on differenent carpets" each representing a colour instead of having the different hats on the head only always beeing in the same position and not seeing the coloured hat on the own head.

And as I replied already here: http://solworld.ning.com/xn/detail/2102269:Comment:16192 for me it is not necessary - also working in a SF way - to reduce the hats by omitting white, black and blue. For example the BLACK hat is very helpful to take in account all this, what might be dangerous risks or impediments on the way towards a solution step by step. Let's not negate dangerous risks or impediments: SF helps us to deal with them in a SF way. Ignoring dangerous risks or impediments because it is "not SF" is IMHO a misuse of SF.
