Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations

"Whether You Believe You Can, Or You Can't, You Are Right" Henry Ford

Times they are a-changin'... Change is the only constant... We have to live in time of turbultent change... Change is something to be managed... It is not possible to manage a change... Change is already happening, the only thing is to find it and amplify it... Every change starts from the end - before we start anything new, it's necessary to leave the past, not only on the outwards but in our minds... "If you can dream it, you can do it" (Walt Disney).

This group didn't start at Cologne, therefore there are not fixed or agreed goals to achieve withing next year... Anyway I hope the topic will attract a lot of people - first to discuss thier viewpoints, later perhaps to find common interests and will to cooperate...

Feel free to join us, and discuss everything you allways wanted to know about change (but were afraid to ask), and/or everything you allways wanted to tell about change (but never were asked).

Nice - seems to me this work helps people to turn their attentions away from looking for a firm rock to stand on and instead learn how to stand on a wobbly rock

Yep, that's the point. Thanks. :)

nice to be on this group, thanks for creating it, Kamila!
What i especially like about SF in change processes is this starting from the end, jumping into the future...
And then people don't need to leave the whole past for starting new. Reconstructing the past fitting to this future-picture: finding/identifiing things in past which go in to the direction of the desired change... ressources in past successes... Nyamm!

Our friend George from Rumania would say: it's easier to construct the next step looking from the future than from the present (or so)
