Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations

Hi all,

am just wondering if anyone has got any resources in SF case management? basically case management has got lots of info already but it's from that typical traditional model where it looks at assessment, planning, intervention, termination and then evaluation. this approach has gone on for decades.. which really very much focuses on needs, problems etc..

so just wondering, if anyone out there has got resources who looks at case management still but from a SF perspective. and if it's from a SF perspective, what would the phases of intervention be like?

Hi Joe

Help us here - what kind of cases are you talking about please?  Medical?  Legal?  Suit? :-)

Cheers, Mark

Hi Mark,

Thanks for you reply!

I'm looking at the context of low income families when they get referred to us by government agencies etc. My context here is Singapore and I'm a social worker, working in one of the non-government organisations. =)

Jumpstart into Solution Focus

You want to learn more about "Solution Focus"?

You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading some
voluminous books?

You would appreciate to have a complete "helicopter view" on SF after the first step…
