And here is my original question to the list:
I think that as Solution-Focused practitioners we are game changers in the consulting world.
In "traditional" consulting, the name of the game is (very often) selling as many hours / days of consulting as possible. In SF, the focus is on delivering results in as little time as possible.
Question: how can we run a financially sustainable business if our clients stay with us for such a short time/? Do we charge them 3 or 4 times as much? How can we frame our competitive advantage in a way that the client does not balk at the price tag?
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas / suggestions / comments.
I have been struggling with this question for years, I know I can somehow make it work, but maybe there are other useful experience out there.
Thank you for your time.
