Dear SOL friends,
Welcome to our Sol Summer Retreat in Belgium from August 9th till 14th 2015. Please visit the website for pictures and movie of last year!
For the 6th time already, a group of enthusiast Solution Focused workers is eager to get together in the summer time to fully enjoy and benefit from being in the excellent and uplifting company of other (more or less) SF experienced people.
Those who attended a previous SOL Summer Retreat will tell you that this event is not only fun and energising but also leaves you transformed and inspired for the coming year.
Maybe you wonder how this is possible? We would like to inform you in detail of what happens, but cannot possibly tell you. You will see that only the right things happen at the right moment with the right people. You got it: we work a whole week in ‘open space’ modus! This means that what happens depends on the people who attend and since we have SF in common, you can expect sparkles! What we experienced so far is that SF people like to explore, be curious, share, learn, connect, inspire, amaze, surprise, relax, play, dream and make progress in life and work! If you come with an open and relaxed mind, the most amazing things will emerge, simply from connecting, offering, receiving and being curious...
Practical Details
This year’s retreat will take place in Belgium, at the Cortils Estate in Dalhem. Cortils Castle lies hidden in the center of a beautiful horse valley, close to the south of the cities Maastricht and Vise, both at the river Meuse. The castle has been established in the Carolingian age in 941, but the present state originates mostly from the 17th century. Although it might seem that time has been frozen on this unspoiled domain of 76 hectare, every essential means of comfort is arranged in the castle.
We can host 30 participants in single or shared rooms.
We gather on Sunday from 3 pm onwards, have 4 full days practical SF work and play and leave after breakfast on Friday, the 14th.
We have 10 single rooms: cost: 755 Euro + VAT
10 double rooms: 675 euro + VAT
The rooms will be distributed according to the registration date: first come first served.
Yes, this includes all your costs (except travel costs), food and drinks, a surprise excursion and a little gift. Because last year was just so good and this news spreads fast, we expect this event to fill up quickly... So, if you know you want to come, please secure your place early. Bookings will be taken on a 'first come, first served' basis.

You want to learn more about "Solution Focus"?
You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading some voluminous books?
You would appreciate to have a complete "helicopter view" on SF after the first step…
